So last week, thanks to Verizon we had phone problems. We had no DSL and they kept switching the lines around so the numbers were on the wrong line coming into the building. We got it fixed, but now they’ve gone wrong again!

We have DSL, but none of the phones are working. The best way to get hold of us till Verizon fix this screw up is by e-mail.

Only the 4th problem with our Verizon service since we switched everything to the new unit on Januart 5th of this year! :(
